Try this keyboard: Malayalam Keyboard
Prepare a separate practice line
Open the Malayalam keyboard. If a browser draft is already present, save it before using the trash button to start this exercise. Put the caret in the main editor and make sure Shift, Caps and Alt Gr are off. This gives the sample a predictable starting point.
The exercise uses ക, ാ and ് with spaces between them. It is not a word or a recommended syllable sequence. Isolating the signs makes their mappings explicit, although a font may show a supporting dotted shape when a sign has no letter to attach to.
Enter the three-character exercise
Use these positions in order: K for ക; then E for ാ; then D for ്. Add one Space between each output. When using on-screen modifiers, switch them off before moving to a different layer. The resulting editor text is ക ാ ്. It is a character exercise, not a word or a translation.
The second and third items are signs, not independent vowel letters. Shift with E would instead supply ആ. Use the exact base positions for this sample so the result demonstrates what the chosen keys insert, without an added conversion step.
Check the result before reusing it
Compare the separated characters with the keys, then inspect the result in the font you intend to use. A sign can change its appearance when adjacent to other characters. That rendering is not evidence that the editor has proofread the sequence or fixed its order.
When preparing actual Malayalam text, work from the intended spelling and enter the necessary sequence. Paste any required form absent from the available layers. Review the final passage after copying or downloading, especially if the receiving application uses a different font.
Save the exercise as a PNG image
Open Text style from the font icon. Use Arial at 28 px, Automatic color, and Left to right direction. Turn bold, italic, underline and strikethrough off. These settings apply to the whole editor. A font changes appearance, not the stored characters; your device may use a fallback font for unsupported shapes. Choose Done to close the style dialog.
Choose Save image to save the complete exercise as a PNG, with centered lines and dark text on a white background. Open the file and compare it with the sample. For an editable alternative, choose Save Word (.docx) to create a real .docx, or use Copy text for plain text. These actions use all the editor text even when only part is selected.

Tips for this layout
Keep an isolated test isolated
Do not remove the sample spaces and treat the result as a validated word. The purpose is to identify mappings before using them in real text.
Choose a text file for revision
Use Word when another person needs to revise the passage. An image can show its current appearance but cannot be edited as Malayalam text.
Common questions
Why can a sign look different on its own?
Combining signs depend on surrounding characters and font shaping. An isolated example may be drawn with a supporting shape to make the sign visible.
Does Shift mean uppercase Malayalam?
No. It selects another explicit layer, including independent vowels and additional consonants. Inspect each changed key label.
Will export fix a poorly ordered sequence?
No. Copy and downloads use the entered text. Review and correct the sequence before saving, using another input source when a required character is missing.
